I have a clear photograph of an integrated circuit (Figure 1) plus supporting 2D material—a block diagram, circuit diagram and Table 2 with pin data. From these references I want a low-detail 3D model that captures the physical look of the package without internal component modelling. The brief level of detail means simplified geometry, yet three elements must be present: • Pin layout with correct numbering from #1 to #24, following the clockwise order shown in the photo • Block-diagram features called out in the drawings, represented as raised or recessed outlines so they remain visible on the model body • Overall dimensions and proportions matching the 2D drawings Deliver the finished file in DWG format. If you care to export additional formats such as STL, OBJ or FBX, that’s a nice bonus but not mandatory. I will supply all reference images and tables once we start. The work is approved when the DWG opens cleanly in AutoCAD, pin numbers correspond to Table 2, and key dimensions fall within the tolerances noted on the drawings.
