Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled and creative WordPress Developer & Designer to join our team for long-term collaboration. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building modern, high-performing websites and can handle both development and design responsibilities. You will be working on multiple client projects ranging from business websites and eCommerce stores to custom landing pages and theme customizations. Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop responsive WordPress websites from scratch • Customize premium themes and plugins as per project requirements • Convert HTML / Figma / XD / PSD designs into WordPress • Work with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg • Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and mobile performance • Integrate third-party tools (payment gateways, CRMs, booking systems, etc.) • Troubleshoot bugs, errors, and compatibility issues • Maintain and update existing client websites Required Skills & Experience: • Strong expertise in WordPress development • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP • Experience with theme & plugin customization • Familiarity with WooCommerce • Knowledge of website speed optimization • Ability to design clean, modern UI/UX layouts • Experience with responsive and cross-browser design • Good communication and teamwork skills Nice to Have: • Experience with Shopify or Webflow • Basic SEO knowledge • Experience with ACF, CPT, or custom plugin development Project Type: Ongoing / Long-Term Engagement Model: Hourly or Fixed (based on project scope) What We’re Looking For: We want a reliable developer who can become a long-term part of our team.
