My goal is to refresh the living room of my residence with a cohesive interior design created by an architect or interior designer experienced in residential work. The project is limited to this single space, so attention to detail, practical space planning, and a strong sense of style are critical. Scope • Analyse the existing room dimensions, layout, and any fixed architectural elements. • Propose a complete interior concept—from colour palette and furnishings to lighting and décor—suited to everyday living and occasional entertaining. • Supply floor plan(s), mood board, and at least one high-quality 3D visual or rendering so I can clearly picture the proposed look before committing to purchases or construction. • Provide a concise materials and furniture list with sources (retail or trade) readily available in my region or online. Acceptance Criteria • Design files must be delivered in editable format (PDF plus native software files—SketchUp, Revit, or similar). • All dimensions and annotations must be accurate and metric. • Rendered visuals should showcase the space in natural daylight and evening lighting scenarios. I will share photos, measurements, and any inspiration images once we start. Please ensure the concept is realistic to execute and stays mindful of livability and maintenance.
