I need a web-based dashboard that lets me track about thirty active litigation matters at a glance. Core features are straightforward: a searchable table where each case sits on its own row with key fields (court, docket, next deadline, status, lead counsel, notes) and a calendar view that automatically pulls every upcoming hearing or filing deadline so I can see what is coming up this week and month. Because only a small team will use the tool, I just want two simple permission levels—admin/edit and read-only—nothing elaborate, only enough to prevent accidental edits. All data can be stored in a relational database; keeping the structure clean and exportable to Excel or CSV is important so I can reuse the information in reports. Tabular presentation is my priority, but I am open to lightweight chart widgets later, so please build with common libraries (React, Vue, or Django templates—your call) that will allow future extensions without a complete rewrite. Calendar integration should sync with Outlook and Google Calendar via standard APIs so my team never double-keys a date. Task management with app integratation so that tasks can be added from iPhone or Siri as draft tasks to be edited and posted. Deliverable is a fully functional, browser-based dashboard running on my server (Docker or similar container is fine) with brief setup instructions.
