I hold the rights to a comprehensive collection of Indian statutory material and now want to turn that asset into revenue while launching the country’s first full-scale “legal development” portal aimed squarely at corporates and other business users. The core of the assignment is two-fold: (1) craft viable monetisation models for the statutory data itself and (2) design and develop the web platform through which those models will run. Key features I have in mind are an on-platform legal consultation service, an AI-driven module that predicts probable case outcomes, and a well-organised library of agreements, policies and other ready-to-use documents. Everything must be intuitive for time-pressed in-house counsel and compliance teams, so clean UX, fast search, and enterprise-grade security are critical. Accepted deliverables • A monetisation blueprint (subscription tiers, pay-per-use, API licensing, etc.) backed by projected numbers • Wireframes or clickable prototype of the portal showing user flows for consultation booking, prediction requests and document downloads • Fully documented tech stack recommendation (front end, back end, AI/ML tools such as Python, TensorFlow or similar, payment gateway, hosting) • Road-mapped implementation plan with phased milestones and KPIs to measure uptake and revenue I will supply the raw statutory database in whatever format you prefer. Please highlight any past work with legal data, NLP/ML for law, or SaaS subscription platforms when you respond.
