My client, The Global Kin Collection™ (GKC) is a curated collective of culturally rooted boutique stays centered on heritage, lineage, design, and belonging. GKC is preparing for a public platform launch in June 2026 and seeks a development partner to deliver a high-quality, cost-optimized MVP. The selected partner will deliver an MVP platform that includes: • Public-facing GKC website and destination pages • Structured storytelling templates • Owner onboarding and content submission (low-code) • AI-assisted narrative refinement and content QA • Referral tracking (v1) using existing analytics tools • Booking engine handoff (no transaction processing) • Scalable CMS foundation for future phases Please find detailed scope of work in the PDF attached.
