I receive between 60 – 70 Excel files filled with fresh contacts. I need each sheet downloaded, reviewed and cleaned where obvious errors appear, then every record tagged by its type of lead—today that means applying the single tag “Prospect.” Once the tagging is complete, please import the contacts into my Follow Up Boss CRM and then add the same list to Constant Contact so the data stays in sync. I expect the original field mapping to be preserved during both imports (names, phone, email, address, notes, etc.) and the new tag visible inside Follow Up Boss. Deliverables • All 60-70 files processed and consolidated • Leads correctly tagged “Prospect” in Follow Up Boss • Identical list uploaded to Constant Contact • Completion report confirming record counts, errors fixed, and import time stamps I will supply the login credentials, sample sheet, and any additional field-mapping notes once we start.
