Job Title: Lead Generation Executive (IT Services – PHP & WordPress) Company Type: IT Services (PHP & WordPress Development, Custom Solutions, Web Applications, CMS Development) Responsibilities: * Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, email campaigns, and other online platforms. * Research and identify potential clients in the IT services industry (custom PHP & WordPress projects). * Maintain and update lead database regularly. * Develop and execute outreach strategies (cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, etc.). * Schedule client meetings and handover hot leads to the sales team. * Work closely with the management team to achieve monthly/quarterly lead targets. Requirements: * Proven experience in lead generation for IT service companies(preferably in PHP & WordPress technologies). * Strong knowledge of platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, etc. * Excellent communication skills (written & verbal English). * Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking methods. * Self-motivated, target-oriented, and ability to work independently. Preferred Skills: * Prior experience in B2B IT lead generation. * Knowledge of digital marketing tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation, etc.). * Understanding of web development life cycle (especially PHP & WordPress).
