The job starts with importing and segmenting my lists to build custom audiences, then moves on to writing scroll-stopping copy, designing eye-catching creatives, and structuring campaigns in Ads Manager for maximum conversion. Key tasks • Build custom and look-alike audiences from the data I provide. • Create and launch ad sets geared solely toward Lead generation, with clear pixel-tracked objectives. • Set up split tests on headlines, visuals, and calls-to-action to optimise cost per lead. • Monitor performance daily, tweak targeting and budgets, and supply concise weekly reports that highlight wins and next steps. Must-haves: hands-on expertise with Facebook Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, conversion tracking, and A/B testing. If this campaign performs well, I’m open to expanding to Google ads later, but right now the focus is Facebook only. Deliverables are the live campaign, all ad creatives and copy in editable format, and a performance summary after the first optimisation cycle.
