Lead-Gen Chatbot for Website

I need a custom chatbot built specifically to capture and qualify leads on my website. The bot should greet visitors, ask a short series of qualifying questions, collect contact details, and hand them off to my existing CRM (or export the data in CSV if you prefer another hand-off method). A simple, friendly conversational flow is key—no hard sells—just guiding users toward sharing their details or booking a callback. Admin Panel ————————— 1. Main admin can create account for users to create and use bot 2. Main admin can activate or deactivate any user. 3. Every user have an expiry date. After which the bot will not work. 4. User can login and create bot for any website 5. Each bot have their own set of script to install at website 6. For example: I have a website tagon.co.in. I want a bot for home page 2nd bot for contact page and 3rd bot for checkout pages 7. The admin panel should have the option. 8. In offline mode, Bots have their AUTO FLOW section 1. Welcome message 2. Steps for predefined queries with multiple choice 3. Collect visitor name, email, phone 4. Suggest answer as per the query. 9. In offline mode, if AI activated then bot will answer visitor’s query using AI - (use any AI tool like chatGPT, AI tool should be free) 10. In online mode, admin will answer the queries of the visitor 11. All the visitor queries will be displayed at admin panel related to bot 12. In the process of creating bot - there is an option to add keywords which will take multiple inputs from visitor. Those keywords linked to an API. Inputs from visitor parse through the API and get the result. Then the result from the API will be displayed to visitor. 13. While creating bot, user have the option to add FAQs and bot will answer visitor query from the FAQs. 14. User have the option to activate AI TOOL or FAQ to answer the query from visitor from chatGPT. 15. If User activate all 3 options then priority will be “AUTO FLOW”, FAQ, AI TOOL 16. There will be option to manage 5 icons and their links for frontend chat window Frontend ——————— 16. Frontend chat box will be simple and similar to any chatbot. Frontend colour can be managed from admin panel 17. Each chatbot have their frontend colour combinations. (Only background colour and Heading Colour, text colour, chat window outer colour, chat window title, subtitle. 18. There will be 3-5 icons appear at the bottom of the chat window added by user in admin panel 19. For example : those icons will be WhatsApp icon, FAQ/Knowledge base Icon, Raise a ticket icon etc. Any technology: laravel, next js, react js, python, mongo/mysql No lengthy proposals needed—just real examples and a quick outline of how you’d tackle this build.
