I need a web-based case management system built from the ground up for my internal staff. The platform has to let us open, track, and close cases easily, store all related documents in one place, and assign tasks to team members without leaving the system. Core modules I must see working: • Case tracking – create, update, filter, and report on active and closed cases. • Document management – upload, tag, version, and retrieve files directly from each case record. • Task assignment – delegate work, set due dates, and monitor completion inside the case view. Although the site is for staff only, a clean, responsive interface is still important because we use desktops, tablets, and phones interchangeably. I’m comfortable with any modern tech stack (Laravel, Node.js, Django, or similar) as long as security, role-based access control, and audit logs are baked in. Deliverables will be: 1. A fully deployed web application on our chosen hosting environment. 2. Source code provided by me. 3. HIPAA compliant I will provide code for use and modification.
