I need assistance in integrating my LiveChat system (Livechatinc.com) with Chat GPT for my existing business. This requires a robust understanding of CURL, JSON, and hooks, as these will be essential for seamless integration. The objective is to enable smooth and efficient communication between the two systems. The new CHAT bot is created, the next step is to make it respond to webhooks. It is in sandbox ready for the next stage. I am on Wordpress and I understand you would need to change or add settings in wp-config.php Ideally I want Chat GBT to handle chats outside business hours, or sometimes working hours handing over to a real agent when required.
