I need a purpose-built tool that lets me stay on top of my Instagram followers while keeping an eye on two key metrics: engagement rate and follower growth. The heart of the project is follower management—seeing who’s new, who’s inactive, who unfollowed, and being able to tag, sort, or export that data so I can act on it quickly. Alongside that, I’d like a simple dashboard with clear visualizations for engagement rate and overall follower growth, refreshed automatically. A clean web interface (or a lightweight desktop app) that integrates with the Instagram API is ideal, as long as it plays nicely with Instagram’s current limits and policies. I only need the features listed above; posting, Story scheduling, and Reels support aren’t required for this build. Deliverables: • Fully functional follower-management module connected to my account • Analytics section showing engagement rate and follower growth over selectable time ranges • Secure login plus brief setup & user guide Once everything is tested end-to-end, I’ll sign off.
