We are building Indana Platform, a Saudi conversational AI system designed to create, manage, and deploy Voice and Chat Agents in natural Saudi Arabic dialects (Hijazi, Najdi, Southern, Gulf). The project’s main objective is to develop a SaaS-based platform that enables users — especially small e-commerce stores, startups, and SMEs — to build their own intelligent voice/chat agents without any coding skills, using an intuitive visual builder. Core Requirements: Language & AI Must support Arabic voice and chat with Saudi dialects (not formal Arabic). Incorporate TTS/STT and LLM components (open-source preferred). Include a Prompt Builder / Node-based Workflow Builder. Build an Arabic Dialect Tuner to fine-tune local accent performance. Platform & Tech SaaS architecture (multi-tenant, scalable). Full integration with Salla and Zid platforms. Integration with WhatsApp Business API, Google Sheets, and CRM systems. Analytics Dashboard for monitoring usage and AI performance. Secure authentication, user roles, and data isolation. Must be fully open-source and deliverable to our internal tech team. Design & UI Arabic-first, RTL-friendly interface. Clean, modern UI with our brand identity (“Indana”). Support for both Arabic and English languages. Hosting & Security Option for on-prem or private cloud hosting. AES-256 encryption, full data ownership, and local deployment compliance. Expected Deliverables: Full source code with technical documentation. Admin dashboard, user dashboard, and AI builder interface. Voice/Chat AI engine connected to chosen models (Whisper, Coqui TTS, or similar). Integration with Salla, Zid, WhatsApp API. Working SaaS subscription system (Free, Pro, Enterprise tiers). Deployment and handover to internal team. Ideal Freelancer / Team: We’re looking for developers or companies with proven experience in: Conversational AI / Voice AI development n8n, Node.js, or Python (FastAPI) SaaS architecture and payment systems Arabic NLP / Speech Recognition / TTS experience Integration with regional platforms (Salla, Zid, etc.) Additional Notes: The platform must be authentically Arabic — especially in Saudi dialects — not generic or formal Arabic. The project will be delivered in phases to ensure quality and cost control. Strong preference for teams familiar with AI hosting and model training.
