I want HubSpot CRM deployed from the ground up so we can finally manage customer relationships in one place. The immediate priority is to configure robust lead-scoring and nurturing workflows—custom properties, scoring rules, and automated sequences that move prospects smoothly through the funnel. All core objects, pipelines, and dashboards should be cleaned up and tailored to our terminology. I will supply current contact lists; you’ll import, deduplicate, and tag them so the scoring model fires accurately from day one. The system also needs to talk to our existing email-marketing platform. Set up a two-way sync, map key fields, and verify that engagement data (opens, clicks, unsubscribes) feeds back into the lead score in real time. Deliverables • HubSpot account fully configured with custom pipelines, deal stages, and contact properties • Lead-scoring matrix implemented and documented • Nurture workflows live, tested, and scheduled • Seamless integration with the email-marketing tool, including field mapping and sync tests • Quick-start guide or loom walkthrough so my team can maintain everything going forward The project is considered complete once a test lead flows from capture through nurture, receives email touchpoints, is scored correctly, and appears on the dashboard with full activity history.
