I have just finished high school in the social-science track and have spent the past few years running student-body events, chairing committees, and learning how much I enjoy helping people work together. Now I want to channel that experience into a real career in Human Resource Management. To get there I need structured guidance rather than trial and error. What I am looking for • A clear, step-by-step roadmap that shows which entry-level HR roles suit my background, the competencies each role demands, and the certifications or short courses that will make my profile stand out. • A professionally rewritten CV plus a LinkedIn makeover that highlights my leadership, event-management, and teamwork experience in language that recruiters in HR instantly recognise. • Mock interview sessions focused on typical HR questions, with actionable feedback so I can refine both my answers and my confidence. • Practical exercises or mini-projects—such as drafting a recruitment plan or designing a small training outline—that let me practise real HR tasks and build a portfolio I can show employers. Tools and platforms Please feel free to use any combination of MS Word, Canva, Google Docs, or LinkedIn’s native features—whatever you find most efficient. I am comfortable collaborating over Zoom or Google Meet and can adjust to your preferred time zone for live sessions. Success criteria I’ll consider the engagement complete when I have: 1. A tailored learning and career plan that feels realistic and motivating. 2. A CV and LinkedIn profile that pass your own ATS keyword check. 3. At least two rounds of interview practice with measurable improvement between them. 4. One small but concrete HR work sample I can attach to job applications. If mentoring aspiring HR professionals excites you, I’d love to see examples of past clients you have guided into their first HR roles and hear how you helped them bridge the same experience gap I’m facing.
