I need WP All Import configured on Newdevs.com.au (running the Houzez theme) so I can bring new property listings into WordPress every week from three different source formats: PDF, Excel (XLS/XLSX) and CSV. My current workflow is manual and error-prone; I want to drop any of those files into a folder (or connect to an email/API if that is cleaner) and have the import run on a weekly schedule via cron, creating or updating listings automatically. • Parse each file type reliably, extracting all standard Houzez fields plus several custom fields I use for internal reporting (price history, vendor reference, marketing status, etc.). • Map those fields inside WP All Import so everything appears in the proper place on the front end and in the backend meta boxes. • Ensure images referenced in the source files attach correctly and populate the gallery and featured-image slots. Acceptance criteria: when I drop sample PDF, Excel and CSV files into the import directory, the scheduled job should create or update listings with all custom fields visible in Houzez and no duplicate posts.
