I’m ready to take an architectural concept into its final visual stage and need a SketchUp specialist who can create a fully detailed exterior model, then turn it into a smooth, photorealistic walkthrough and a set of high-resolution stills. Scope • Start from my drawings (DWG/PDF) or an existing massing model if that helps. • Develop the complete exterior in SketchUp, keeping the architectural design intent intact. • Add all key surroundings: the landscape and garden, the full building façade, plus the parking area and driveway so the environment feels complete and believable. Level of finish The model must stand up to close-up views, so I expect high-resolution textures, accurate materials, realistic lighting, and refined entourage. Feel free to use V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, or another renderer you’re comfortable with, as long as the final output looks photo-real. Deliverables 1. Native .skp file with a clean, organized layer/tag structure 2. 1–2 minute exterior walkthrough video (Full-HD, MP4) that orbits and follows the approach path 3. 6–8 still renders (minimum 4K) showcasing front, sides, garden, and parking perspectives 4.
