I need to safeguard two separate Google Workspace accounts, backing up every mailbox and all contact data from each one. I already have full admin access to both Google profiles as well as to my InMotion hosting control panel. However, I need help with activating 2FA on the requisite accounts before the backup can happen. For the backup phase, I would like everything exported through Google Takeout (or an equally reliable method you recommend) so I receive clean, portable MBOX files for email and a tidy CSV/vCard set for contacts. Once the archives are verified, the second phase is to move my live email service away from Google and over to my InMotion server. That means recreating the existing mailboxes there, importing the saved mail and contacts, updating MX records, and running basic deliverability tests so I know messages flow in and out exactly as they do now.
