Job Title Google Workspace Automation Expert – SEO Audit Lead Generation System (Apps Script + Gemini API) Job Description We are looking for an experienced Google Workspace automation expert to set up a fully automated internal SEO audit & lead-generation system using Google Forms, Google Sheets, Google Apps Script, Gmail, and Gemini API. This system is for internal use only (not public SaaS) and is focused on automated SEO audit reports for lead generation, not deep technical SEO. We already have a clear functional requirement and workflow. The task is implementation and proper configuration inside our Google Workspace. Project Overview (What Needs to Be Built) Employees will submit one internal Google Form with client details. After submission, the system must automatically: Collect basic SEO signals from the client website Generate a light SEO audit report using Gemini API Create a Google Doc (or PDF) audit report Send a branded audit email to the client automatically Save all data in Google Sheets for tracking Allow admin to resend reports anytime Track which employee submitted which lead No manual SEO work after form submission. Core Technologies (Mandatory Experience) You must have proven experience with: Google Apps Script (advanced) Google Forms → Sheets automation Google Sheets as database / admin panel GmailApp / MailApp automation Gemini API (or similar LLM API integration) Google Docs automation (create/edit documents programmatically) API integrations (PageSpeed Insights or similar) Error handling, logging, triggers, quotas ❌ We are NOT using WordPress ❌ We are NOT using external servers (Laravel/Node not required) Key Functional Requirements 1. Google Form (Internal Use) Form fields include: Employee name & email Client website URL Client email Target keywords Client contact details (internal only) Source URL (Freelancer/Upwork project link, internal tracking) Only website + keywords + client email are used for the audit and email. All other data must remain internal and hidden from the client. 2. SEO Audit (Light, Automated) Homepage SEO checks (title, meta, H1) HTTPS check robots.txt & sitemap check PageSpeed score (mobile/desktop) Basic keyword presence check 3. Gemini API (AI Report) Generate: SEO score (0–100) Issue list (High / Medium / Low) Plain-English summary “What we will fix” (sales-oriented) Strict prompt control (no mention of data source) 4. Automated Email Send audit report to client email Professional, conversion-focused copy Company contact details included Admin can resend report anytime 5.
