I need end-to-end support: prompting recent customers to share their experience in a way that complies with Google’s policies, then monitoring the profile daily so no review goes unanswered. The work involves crafting short request scripts, choosing the best moments and channels to reach out, tracking new posts through Google Business Profile or any reputation dashboard you prefer, and writing on-brand responses for each positive and negative comment. Replies must sound human, reflect our customer-first attitude, and, when needed, invite dissatisfied clients to continue the conversation offline.
