You may work in AutoCAD, Revit, or another professional CAD platform as long as the final files arrive as high-resolution PDFs plus the editable source file. Line weights and dimensions must be presentation-ready; window and door openings, roof slopes, and exterior finishes need to read clearly at both 1:100 and 1:50 scales. I haven’t committed to a particular architectural style yet, so feel free to apply your standard conventions or suggest stylistic tweaks that will enhance curb appeal—just keep the drawings clean and code-compliant. Deliverables • Four separate elevation sheets (front, left, right, rear) in PDF • Corresponding editable CAD file(s) • Brief notes on any assumptions made (heights, materials, datum) Once these are signed off, I’ll move straight into sections and details, so accuracy here is critical.
