Fix HTML Agreement Formatting

I have a 40-page agreement that already exists in HTML, but the current file is one very long page and the styling drifts far from the original Word version. I will share that Word document as the single source of truth. Your task is to rebuild the markup so that: • Font families, sizes, paragraph spacing, line spacing, margins and indentation mirror the Word file exactly. • The document is split into seven logical web pages, each retaining the identical heading and sub-heading hierarchy found in Word. • Consistent headers and footers appear on every page and any small images or graphics embedded in the Word version are placed in the same positions. • When the finished HTML is exported to PDF (I usually run it through wkhtmltopdf, but any standards-compliant method is fine) the result must be visually indistinguishable from the Word original. Deliverables 1. Seven clean, responsive HTML5 pages with a single shared CSS file. 2. All linked images/graphics optimised for web. 3. A compiled PDF showing the finished layout. 4. Brief notes on any libraries or tools used so I can reproduce the PDF on my side. Acceptance criteria: side-by-side comparison with the Word file shows no shifts in fonts, spacing or margins; all pages break exactly where indicated; headers, footers and images render correctly on both web and PDF. If you have experience in precision layout work—especially legal or contractual documents—this should feel straightforward.
