I’m looking for a Facebook technical specialist to diagnose and resolve two pressing problems in my current setup: • The product catalog is no longer syncing reliably with Facebook Commerce Manager. • Sporadic API errors are interrupting automated updates and pixel events. We believe a prior Employee may have deleted all previous history and audiences and years' worth of work. I want someone who can help retrieve as well as figure out when this happened and from what IP address. Not sure if this is possible but worth asking. Scope of work 1. Audit the existing Facebook app, pixel, and catalog configuration to spot mis-matches or deprecated settings. 2. Pinpoint and repair the root causes of the catalog sync failures, ensuring every SKU and variant publishes correctly and stays up-to-date. 3. Trace the API error logs, amend any faulty endpoints, tokens, or permission scopes, and confirm calls succeed without rate-limit issues. 4. Provide a concise, step-by-step handover note so I can reproduce or extend the integration confidently in the future. You’ll have direct access to Business Manager, Commerce Manager, and the website’s backend (Shopify API and a custom middleware script). Please be comfortable working with Facebook Graph API, pixel implementation, and feed-based catalog imports. I expect clear communication, staged testing in a sandbox where possible, and a final confirmation in live mode that: ✓ All products sync without warnings. ✓ API calls return HTTP 200 with valid payloads. ✓ No new errors appear for 48 hours after deployment. Make sure prior pixels are working. We have spent a lot of time and energy to fix issues, so I do not want to change the pixels.
