I am a Registered Investment Advisor working with Federal Employees. I am looking for a highly skilled freelancer to build automation workflows that replace manual data entry and reporting currently handled by virtual assistants. The goal is to fully automate the collection, processing, and reporting of financial and economic data into structured outputs such as Google Docs and Google Sheets. Scope of Work You will build automated workflows using n8n and AI tools such as Claude or OpenAI. Key responsibilities include: Automating daily and weekly data collection from multiple sources Integrating financial data from Charles Schwab accounts Integrating retirement account data from Pontera Pulling economic data such as CPI, ISM, and housing reports from APIs or reliable sources Structuring and storing data in Google Sheets Using AI to summarize and format daily and weekly reports Automatically generating formatted outputs into Google Docs Technical Requirements You must have experience with: n8n workflow automation API integrations and data pipelines AI integration (Claude or OpenAI APIs) Google Sheets and Google Docs API Web scraping or browser automation (if APIs are not available) Clean, structured workflow design Project Objective Replace manual VA processes with a fully automated system that: Runs on a schedule (daily and weekly) Collects and organizes financial and economic data Generates structured reports automatically Reduces manual input to near zero Communication Requirements Must speak clear English Must be able to join live calls and share screen Must be able to explain workflows step by step Must provide documentation or recorded walkthroughs Deliverables Fully functional n8n workflows Clean and organized data structure in Google Sheets Automated report generation system Documentation and walkthrough of the system To Apply Include the following: Examples of similar automation or n8n workflows you have built Experience with financial data or reporting systems Confirmation you can build end-to-end workflows (data collection to report output) Your availability for live screen-share sessions Notes This is not a simple task-based project.
