I have two Excel workbooks, each with fewer than 200 columns. Every sample was run in triplicate, so each set of three replicate columns must be combined to give the mean and standard deviation for that sample—no additional transformations are required. Once the numbers are in place, I need scatter plots that compare the data. I will supply a brief document that spells out my exact axis titles, tick spacing, legend wording, and any call-out text so the labeling follows those specifications precisely. OriginPro is my first choice because the project will be folded into an existing OriginPro report, but I am open to Excel, Python (matplotlib, seaborn), R (ggplot2), or any other tool as long as the final graphs mirror the OriginPro look and the calculations match. Deliverables: • Updated workbooks (or equivalent .csv) with calculated means and SDs in clearly labeled columns • High-resolution line graphs and scatter plots in both editable (Origin project, .xlsx, or .svg) and publication-ready (.png/.pdf) formats • A short note describing the steps you took so I can reproduce the workflow later If you can turn this around quickly while keeping the styling consistent with the guidelines I provide, I’d love to work with you.
