Excel & Zoho CRM Data Update

I have customer data split between a master Excel sheet and our live Zoho CRM. I need that information brought fully up to date so both sources mirror each other. Here are the three things I must see completed: • Add the new customer details sitting in the spreadsheet into Zoho and vice-versa where needed. • Modify any existing records that are outdated or contain typos, making sure each field stays consistent across both platforms. • Delete records flagged as obsolete so neither system is cluttered with inactive contacts. I’ll share the Excel file and give you role-based access to Zoho. Please follow Zoho’s field structure exactly, double-check spellings, and keep an eye out for duplicate accounts before you save. A quick progress note after the first batch will reassure me that your mapping process is solid. If you’re comfortable navigating Excel functions (v-lookups, filters, data validation) and know your way around Zoho’s import/export and deduplication tools, this should be a smooth assignment. Accuracy is more important than speed, but I’d like the full sync wrapped up within the next 48 hours.
