Scope of Work – Excel Equipment Downtime & Availability Reporting Template I require the development of an Excel-based reporting template to track and report daily equipment downtime and availability for approximately 20 pieces of equipment. 1. Downtime Data Capture • The template must include a dedicated area for capturing daily downtime events. • Each downtime record must capture: • Date • Equipment • Stoppage category (Breakdown, Planned Maintenance, Processing Delay) • Downtime duration (hours) ⸻ 2. Daily Availability Reporting • The template must provide a daily availability view for all tracked equipment across selected dates. • Availability must be calculated per equipment per day. • Where no downtime is recorded for an equipment on a given day, the availability must default to 100%. • The daily available operating time must be user-configurable. ⸻ 3. Date-Based Performance Summaries • The template must allow the user to select a reference date, with a default value of current date minus one day. • Based on the selected reference date, the template must display: • Daily availability • Week-to-Date (WTD) availability • Month-to-Date (MTD) availability • Year-to-Date (YTD) availability • All summaries must be derived from the captured downtime data. ⸻ 4. Usability and General Requirements • The template must be clear, structured, and suitable for both operational and management reporting. • It must be easy to update and extend for future dates. • The solution must not rely on macros, VBA, or external tools. • Calculations and logic must be transparent and easy to understand. ⸻ 5.
