I need an automated agent that can read that file, process the data, and instantly generate a colourful infographic-style dashboard. The finished dashboard should display those four metrics in a visually engaging way and refresh itself whenever the source workbook is updated, so I can simply drop a new file in the same folder and get an updated visual without touching any code. You may build the agent in Python, Power BI, Tableau, or another tool you are confident will meet the goal, as long as the end result is a shareable, self-contained dashboard (HTML, PDF, or an embeddable BI view are all acceptable). Please keep the colour palette vivid and modern rather than minimalist, and make sure each metric is clearly labelled so non-technical stakeholders can grasp the story at a glance.
