Look & feel The overall aesthetic should be modern and sleek—clean lines, subtle animations and a fresh colour palette that instantly conveys professionalism while still feeling celebratory. Core pages & functionality • A dynamic home page that briefly showcases what we do. • An online quote form where visitors can enter event details (date, guest count, theme, location, special requests) and submit for a customised price. I’d like the form to email results to me automatically and store entries in a simple back-end view. • An image-rich event portfolio gallery organised by event type so prospects can browse past work. • An online booking system that lets clients lock in a date once we’ve confirmed availability—calendar view, basic time-slot management and automated confirmation emails are ideal. • Seamless social media integration (Instagram & Facebook feeds in the footer plus share buttons on portfolio pages). Tech preferences & hand-over I’m platform-agnostic—WordPress, Webflow or a comparable CMS is fine so long as I can update text, images and pricing myself without coding. Please build with responsive design best practices so the site looks great on mobile and tablet. At hand-over I’ll need admin credentials, a quick walkthrough video or call, and any design source files. Acceptance criteria 1. The site loads in under three seconds on mobile (measured by PageSpeed Insights). 2. Quote form submissions arrive reliably in my inbox and appear in the dashboard. 3. Gallery and booking tools function flawlessly across Chrome, Safari and Edge on both desktop and mobile. 4. Social feeds display latest posts automatically.
