We are seeking CPC-certified medical coders, including freshers and those with 1–2 years of experience, to assist with both Surgery Coding and Evaluation & Management (E/M) outpatient coding tasks. This project is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience while delivering quality work. Key Responsibilities: - Surgery Coding: Accurately code a daily production target of 25 procedures such as: - Gastroenterology: Colonoscopy, EGD, Liver biopsy, ERCP, Esophagoscopy. - Respiratory System: Bronchoscopy, Lung biopsy, Thoracentesis. - Other Procedures: Arthroplasty, Excision, Skin Biopsy, Repair, Nerve block, Injections. - Evaluation and Management (E/M): Focus on outpatient services with a daily production target of 50 cases while maintaining a minimum accuracy rate of 95%. Key Requirements: - CPC certification is mandatory. - Freshers or experienced coders with 1–2 years of relevant medical coding experience are welcome to apply. - All coding tasks must meet a minimum accuracy rate of 95%, with an expectation of achieving 100% accuracy wherever possible. Budget: ₹3000-₹5000 INR (fixed-price).
