Implement and refine AI voice agents that can operate over the phone and handle multiple customer service tasks. Add functionality for agents to answer FAQs, collect feedback, and integrate with knowledge bases and third-party tools. Ensure a seamless, scalable, and intuitive user experience across the platform. Collaborate closely to iterate, test, and deploy new capabilities rapidly. Ideal Skills & Experience Strong experience in developing SaaS applications and AI-driven solutions. Proficiency in speech recognition (STT), natural language processing (NLP), and text-to-speech (TTS) technologies. Hands-on expertise in web application development with a focus on scalability and performance. Experience integrating with APIs, databases, and knowledge management systems. Proven ability to work with existing systems — improving and expanding functionality efficiently.
