Hi! We’re looking for someone who speaks clear, fluent English (C1+) and can help us practice real-world job interviews in a software engineering context. This is a remote, paid role where you’ll act as a mock interviewer or communication partner — helping simulate the kinds of questions asked by recruiters and hiring managers. You'll also help improve fluency, tone, and clarity when speaking about projects, experience, and technical skills. What You'll Help With: Practice interviews over Zoom, Meet, or Teams Simulate intro calls, tech screens, and soft-skill questions Offer real-time feedback on communication clarity Roleplay as a recruiter or hiring manager Help explain common tech topics clearly in conversation Useful Background (Optional): You don’t need to be a developer, but it helps if you’re familiar with: Frontend: React, Angular, TypeScript Backend: Node.js, Python, Java, .NET Tools: Git, Docker, APIs, AWS Schedule & Pay: Flexible hours (2–4 per day is ideal) Paid hourly: $10–$20 based on fluency and coaching skill Consistent opportunities for long-term collaboration To Apply: Please share: A short intro (your English fluency + communication experience) Your time zone and daily availability Any relevant experience (e.g., coaching, HR, technical recruiting, speaking roles)
