I already rely on WhatsApp (through WATI), Pabbly Connect for low-code routing, and either Twilio or a similar voice platform for outbound calls, so the work will focus on stitching those tools together. Here is the customer journey I want you to automate and the result I expect for each step: • When leads message/call us, they should get automated messages sharing about us, our services and prompt the leads to book vehicles using automated WhatsApp sequences • Immediately after payment, the renter receives a WhatsApp message that includes an auto-generated PDF receipt. • One day before pick-up, a gentle reminder goes out. • As soon as the keys change hands, a confirmation message with concise Dos & Don’ts plus caution notes is triggered. • 24 hours before the scheduled return time, the system sends both a WhatsApp reminder and a voice call. • After the vehicle is checked in, the guest receives separate prompts for a short review and, a day later, a referral request. • At configurable intervals (e.g., monthly, quarterly ), past customers receive personalised offers to drive repeat bookings. All content should be editable in WATI, the logic orchestrated in Pabbly Connect, and outbound calls handled through Twilio (or another platform if you can justify the swap). I’ll provide message templates and brand assets; you design the workflows, configure the integrations, test end-to-end, and document how I can tweak timings or wording later. Acceptance criteria 1. Every trigger above fires exactly once per booking in a test environment and logs successfully inside Pabbly. 2. PDF receipts pull live booking data and display our logo, renter name, dates, and total in a clean layout. 3. Voice calls use a recorded script I supply, with fallback to WhatsApp if the call is missed. 4. A concise hand-over document explains how to add or modify future automations.
