I’m looking for a compact desktop application that lets our employees easily share three kinds of input—Performance reviews, Work environment feedback, and Suggestions for improvement—then stores that data for quick reporting. Core objectives • Simple, installer-based desktop build (Windows preferred, but I’m open to cross-platform frameworks such as Electron, .NET, or Python + Tkinter). • Clean form where an employee selects the feedback type, rates on a 1-5 scale, adds optional comments, and submits. • Local database or lightweight file storage to hold the entries. • Basic admin screen to view, filter, and export feedback to CSV. What I’ll provide • Rating categories and wording for each field. • Brand colours and logo to drop into the UI. Deliverables 1. Source code and compiled installer. 2. Brief README covering build steps and any third-party libraries used. 3. Video or screenshot walkthrough showing the app in action. This is an initial, bare-bones version; once it’s running smoothly, I may open a follow-up job for dashboards and role-based access.
