Scope • Build or configure the secure connector (EWS, REST API, or a proven middleware you recommend) that syncs selected address books and distribution lists with the appropriate Mailchimp audience. • Map custom fields so the marketing team can segment by department, region, and recent activity. • Automate nightly sync jobs via PowerShell or equivalent so everything stays current without manual exports. • Provide clear documentation plus a brief screen-share walkthrough for my IT staff. Acceptance Criteria – New or updated contacts in Exchange appear in the correct Mailchimp list within one hour of change. – Campaign opens, clicks, and unsubscribes flow back into Exchange notes or a designated mailbox for reporting. – No disruption to normal mail flow and the solution passes an internal security review.
