I’m refreshing the main living area of my residence and want it to become a warm, eclectic space that balances colour, pattern, and statement pieces without feeling cluttered. To achieve this, I’m looking for an interior architect who graduated from Istituto Marangoni and has been practising since at least 2013, as that depth of training and experience is important to me. Project scope • One open‐plan living area only; the rest of the home is already complete. • Residential context, so a comfortable, lived-in feel is essential—no showroom vibes. • Eclectic direction: think layered textures, a mix of eras, and a touch of the unexpected while keeping the circulation clear. What I need from you 1. A concept mood board that captures the eclectic narrative. 2. Scaled furniture layout with clear circulation paths. 3. 3D visualisations or high-quality renders that show daylight and evening scenarios. 4. Material, colour, and finishes palette with paint codes and fabric references. 5. A concise shopping/specification list (retail or trade sources are both fine). Preferred tools are AutoCAD (or Archicad), SketchUp/3ds Max with V-Ray or Corona for renders, and Adobe CC for presentations, but if you have a better workflow I’m open to it—accuracy and polish matter more than the software logo. Final files should be delivered in a format I can archive and share with contractors: PDF presentations plus native files. I’ll provide existing floor plans, photos, and a short video walkthrough once we start. Two rounds of revisions are plenty; after that I expect only minor tweaks. If you’re that Marangoni-trained professional with a flair for eclectic composition, I’d love to see your portfolio and discuss timelines.
