What I need back are exterior renderings only, built to a moderate level of finish—clean geometry, accurate materials, believable textures, and some contextual environment, but not photo-real micro-detail. The key visual focus is the play area: the slides and water-play splash parks must stand out, read clearly, and feel inviting. Everything else on the façade and surrounding landscape can be handled with standard textures and vegetation, just enough to place the building convincingly in its setting. Please work in whichever pipeline you prefer—Revit-to-3ds Max with V-Ray is fine, as is Lumion, Enscape, or Twinmotion—so long as the colours, materials, and overall proportions match the source model.
