I run a driving school and now want to give students an easier way to book lessons, follow their progress, and access study material right from their phones. The job is to design and build a complete mobile app that works smoothly on both iOS and Android. Core scope • Design a clean, student-friendly UI that matches my school’s branding. • Build all primary screens: new-student signup, lesson scheduling, instructor calendar, progress log, in-app messages/notifications, and a simple theory-test study area. • Set up a lightweight admin panel (web-based or integrated) so instructors can edit schedules and mark lesson outcomes. • Implement secure sign-in (email, phone, or social login) and basic payment gateway hooks for future online payments. • Deliver compiled builds ready for App Store and Google Play submission, along with source code and documentation for future updates. Tech flexibility A cross-platform stack such as Flutter or React Native is fine, but I’m open to native builds if you prefer—just explain the trade-offs. The database and backend can be Firebase, Supabase, or another cloud service that handles real-time updates and notifications without heavy maintenance. Acceptance criteria 1. Both iOS and Android versions install and run without crashes on current OS versions. 2. Lesson bookings sync instantly between student and instructor views. 3. Push notifications trigger for booking confirmations and lesson reminders. 4. Source code, environment files, and a brief hand-off guide are supplied. If anything here needs clarification, let me know so we can lock down the details before we start.
