My WordPress site runs on the Divi theme and already attracts clients who need domains, hosting, Microsoft 365 and full-service web design. I now need WHMCS woven into the site so that the journey from domain search to checkout feels completely native. Primary focus – Instant domain lookup, transfer and purchase inside Divi pages, powered by WHMCS hooks and API calls. Domain availability results must display in my design, with graceful up-sell prompts for alternative TLDs. Additional storefront items to wire up • Microsoft 365 subscriptions, plus a Premium Managed Hosting plan that bundles Microsoft 365 Basic. • Custom website packages: tiered pricing based on page or product count, each tier automatically applying 1 month to 1 year of free managed hosting. WHMCS needs to reflect those rules and show the savings line item. • On checkout of a custom website, the customer must be sent to Microsoft Bookings to choose a kickoff meeting slot; at the same time WHMCS fires a notification email to a shared mailbox. Post-meeting change management After the design meeting I often quote extras—additional plugins, extra pages or product categories, or bespoke post-type setup. I need an easy way inside WHMCS to append those costs to the same order (or a linked contract) and update the payment schedule. The contract itself may live outside WHMCS, yet line items, due dates and status must sync back so invoicing stays correct. Key deliverables 1. WHMCS template overrides or API integration that embed perfectly within Divi layouts. 2. Working domain lookup, transfer and purchase flows with cart up-sell messaging. 3. Product groups for Microsoft 365 and Managed Hosting, including bundle logic. 4. Variable website-design product with tier-based free hosting and automatic Bookings redirect plus mailbox alert. 5. Admin workflow or custom module to append post-meeting extras (plugins, pages, categories, post types) and regenerate invoices. 6. Clear installation notes so I can reproduce on staging. Acceptance criteria • No styling break between Divi pages and WHMCS components. • All domain actions complete successfully through my registrar module. • Bookings redirect and shared-mailbox email fire 100% of the time. • Extra-cost items editable from WHMCS admin and visible on updated invoices. If you have tackled Divi + WHMCS before, especially domain-centric builds, this should be straightforward. Let’s make the checkout experience seamless and conversion-focused.
