I need a desktop application whose sole purpose is to work with, or for, Android. The job is clearly a desktop build—not web-based and not a mobile APK—yet everything it does must ultimately target the Android environment. Because I do not require a custom UI, a minimal window or even a command-line tool is acceptable as long as it gets the job done. Please use any framework you are comfortable with (Electron, Java-FX, .NET, Python + PyInstaller, etc.). What matters to me is that the compiled program runs reliably on a standard desktop OS and can execute its Android-related functions without fuss.
