I maintain a master Google Sheet that tracks both our sales invoices and purchase orders. The structure—tabs, formulas, drop-downs, conditional formats—is already built; what I’m missing is a reliable pair of hands to feed it fresh numbers every single day. Here’s how we’ll work together: each evening I’ll send you the raw figures (usually a short CSV export from my POS for sales and an email report from suppliers for purchases). Your job is to open the sheet, append the new rows, fill in the required columns—date, invoice number, product, quantity, amount, tax—and make sure every running total, pivot, and chart updates correctly. The process is entirely manual; no scripts or third-party integrations, so accuracy and an eye for detail are paramount. Turnaround must be same-day; our cash-flow report closes nightly, so I’ll need the data entered within a few hours of receipt. The workload is small (often no more than 10-20 rows) but consistency is critical. Daily deliverable: • All sales and purchase rows added and formatted • Validation rules respected, no broken formulas • Dashboards recalculating without error • “Done” note in the comments column for traceability You should feel at home in Google Sheets—filters, SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, basic formatting—and be comfortable working seven days a week.
