I am looking to hire a Daily SOP Teacher and Coach to work with my assistant for about 20 minutes per day, 5–6 days per week. This is a long-term position. Your job is simple: 1. Review our SOPs verbally (10–12 minutes) 2. Go over yesterday’s mistakes and help reinforce the correct process 3. Practice 2–3 customer reply scenarios to improve tone and accuracy 4. Review any new updates to templates or procedures My assistant handles customer text messages and booking requests for a service business. You will help him stay consistent, accurate, and confident every day. This is not customer service work.
