We need a lightweight 3D concept / packaging model to validate overall dimensions and internal component placement. This is an early-stage model used to confirm proportions and fit before detailed engineering. Scope (Phase 1 – Light Concept): • Create a simple 3D model showing: • Outer housing volume • Two wall ducts: 2 x Ø125 mm • Fans as simple cylinders: Ø110 mm placeholders • Heat recovery core as a simple block placeholder • Filter locations as simple plates/blocks • Heater as a simple block placeholder • Provide overall dimensions (H/W/D) and key clearances • Provide one cutaway view to show component stacking/layout • Provide one exploded view (simple) to show the main parts • Provide 2–3 clean renders (presentation style) Deliverables: • 3D files: STEP + source format (SolidWorks/Fusion preferred) • 1-page dimension sheet (overall dims + duct positions) • 2–3 renders + 1 cutaway + 1 exploded Important notes: • This phase does NOT require detailed manufacturability, fasteners, tool split lines, or CFD simulations. • The goal is to validate size, proportions and internal packing. Future work (Phase 2 – Optional continuation): If Phase 1 is successful, we may continue with: • refined housing design (plastic manufacturable concept) • serviceability (filter access) • noise reduction features (baffles, isolation) • gateway hub & indoor air monitor enclosure concepts
