Customer Behavior Data Insight Reports -- 2

Customer: AI | Published: 26.02.2026

I have a sizeable dataset that tracks how visitors move through our site—page-to-page paths, time on screens, click sequences, and exit points. I want a data professional who can turn these raw logs into clear, actionable insights focused on website navigation. Your job is to explore the data, surface patterns that explain why users flow the way they do, highlight friction spots, and recommend changes that could improve engagement or conversion. If your exploration uncovers connections with purchase patterns or feedback trends, feel free to weave those in, but navigation is the core focus. Please send a detailed project proposal outlining: • the techniques you plan to use (SQL queries, Python or R analysis, Google Analytics exports, visualization in Tableau/Power BI, etc.); • the cleaning and feature-engineering steps you foresee; • milestones, timelines, and the specific deliverables you will hand over. Deliverables I expect at minimum are a cleaned, documented dataset, an interactive dashboard illustrating key navigation funnels, and a concise written report that prioritizes recommendations backed by metrics. Clear visuals, reproducible code notebooks, and well-explained reasoning will be the yardstick for acceptance. I’m ready to supply sample data immediately and will be available for quick feedback throughout the project.
