Custom Zoho CRM Build & Automation

Our IT services firm is ready to turn Zoho CRM into the single source of truth for everything from presales conversations to ongoing support. I already have a Zoho One subscription and a clear picture of the data flow; what I need is someone who can translate that vision into an operational setup inside Zoho CRM. Scope of work • Build three custom modules that mirror our core workflows—Client Management, Project Tracking, and Support Tickets—so information moves seamlessly from lead to project kickoff to post-launch help. • Design end-to-end workflow automation (Deluge / Blueprint / CommandCenter as appropriate) to cut out repetitive hand-offs, trigger status updates, and generate internal tasks or emails at key milestones. • Integrate CRM with the other tools we rely on: Zoho Desk for ticketing, Zoho Projects for timelines, and a couple of external SaaS apps via API or Zoho Flow. Data must sync bi-directionally where it makes sense. • Configure reports and dashboards that let sales, PMs, and support teams see pipeline, burn-down, and SLA metrics in real time. Acceptance criteria 1. All custom modules are live with fields, layouts, and permissions tested for each user role. 2. Automations run without errors in a sandbox and then in production for at least one full business day. 3. Integrations push/pull sample records successfully and log any failures. 4. Dashboards render accurate data based on a supplied sample dataset. Please include a brief outline of similar Zoho CRM builds you’ve completed and note any certifications (Zoho Creator, Deluge, etc.) you hold.
