We would like someone to help us on Zapier every day, yet the out-of-the-box zaps no longer cover my growing needs. I’m looking for someone who can architect and deploy truly custom workflows—backed by AI—so I can stop babysitting manual steps and focus on the work that matters. Here’s what I need automated right now: pushing and pulling data to Google Sheets without ever touching a keyboard, firing off segmented email campaigns the moment a trigger hits, syncing project-management tasks across my preferred boards, and keeping an ever-accurate inventory log. I currently live in Google Sheets, but I’m open to the right mix of Mailchimp, Trello, or any other service you recommend to make these flows bulletproof. You will use our Zapier account so you can build, test, and document every step. Where Zapier’s native options fall short, I expect creative use of Webhooks, Python/JavaScript code steps, or external endpoints.
