The hub must be cleanly structured, role-based, and ready to share with new teams in seconds. Core requirements • Central, clearly labelled channel (or dedicated vault) that keeps our Client contracts easy to find, download, and replace. • Custom template file or share-link I can import straight into any new Discord server. • Logical channel layout for day-to-day operations, admin discussion, job photos, and future additions such as safety guidelines, job-application forms, inspection checklists, etc. • Bot or webhook placeholders so I can later drop in scripts for daily reminders, status updates, or task assignments without tearing the template apart. • Straightforward, illustrated hand-off guide that explains roles, permissions, and how to upload new documents.
