I need a seasoned Odoo professional to roll out a fully branded, end-to-end ERP that keeps pace with a luxury handbag retailer’s day-to-day operations and future growth. Scope of work The build centres on Inventory, Sales, Purchasing and Reporting modules, all stitched together in one seamless Odoo environment. Stock accuracy is paramount, so real-time updates, barcode scanning and clear low-stock visuals must feel effortless to store staff. The system will be accessed by the Sales, Inventory Management and Finance teams, each with clearly defined roles and permissions; managers need deeper reporting, while front-of-house staff should see only what they require to serve customers quickly. Branding & UX Every screen, document template and automated email should reflect our colours, logo and tone, giving staff and customers a consistent high-end experience. Data & Reporting Historic product, customer and vendor data will be migrated cleanly. Management needs on-demand dashboards plus scheduled PDF/XLS reports that translate raw numbers into clear insights for replenishment and purchasing decisions. Deliverables • A production-ready Odoo instance hosted on our preferred cloud or on-prem server • Configured Inventory, Sales, Purchase and Accounting modules with real-time stock visibility • Barcode scanning workflows tested on handheld devices • Role-based access matrix covering Sales, Inventory and Finance users • Custom themes, document templates and email layouts in line with brand guidelines • Initial data import scripts and validation • Two short video walk-throughs and written hand-over notes Acceptance criteria 1. A sample sales cycle (receive stock → scan → sell → report) completes without manual adjustments. 2. Dashboards reflect live stock quantities within 60 seconds of any transaction. 3. Non-manager users are unable to view cost prices or financial reports. 4. All outbound invoices, delivery slips and purchase orders show correct branding.
