I need plans drawn for this shed. It is currently in my back yard. I had originally hired a builder that had started the permit process but never finished and now I'm trying to complete the process myself. I've been uploading all the documents to obtain the permit from the city. This is the response that I received after submitting the "Design plans.pdf V1.pdf" file. ""-FLOOR PLAN Please provide complete existing and proposed, dimensioned, floor plans for the entire floor of the proposed construction area to demonstrate the entire scope of work. Label use of all rooms on the plan. Please include any interaction with the existing structure. -WALL SECTION DETAIL: Structural Plans showing wall section details indicating size, spacing, grade, and species of studs to determine the method of bracing. (Professional Engineer designed plans may be required). Provide a complete wall section from the foundation to the roof showing all framing materials, insulation, exterior finish material, interior finish material, all construction material used to include roofing materials. Log in to Houstonpermittingcenter.org, click to Resources, from the drop-down menu, click on Document and type in CE-1050-go to pages 7 and 6 for more information."" The Shed is 14x20x10ft walls. The floor is 12" spacing on center. The walls are 16" spacing on center. The material used for the walls and flooring are Southern Yellow Pine #2.
